Roque has led teams, managed complex operational workflows, and worked in high‑compliance settings requiring precision, accountability, and sound judgement.
Roque maintains an active lifestyle through gym training, basketball, and motorcycling. With 19 years of martial arts experience and 2 years of boxing and MMA, he brings discipline, focus, and strong physical awareness to his work. He values time with his family and their dog, and is known for his calm, respectful communication style.
