As a registered NDIS provider, Coastal Connect Independence delivers a range of approved disability support services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Support Coordination, personal care, community participation, travel and transport, life skills development, household tasks and shared living supports.
Whether you are living with an acquired brain injury, intellectual, physical, or sensory disability, a neurological condition, or a progressive illness, our team is here to support your goals and honour your choices. We’ll walk alongside you to ensure you continue doing the things you enjoy, surrounded by the people and places that matter most.
You may be able to access our services through an NDIS plan or other government funding. We also support private arrangements for individuals and families choosing to self-fund their care.

At Coastal Connect Independence, we help participants understand, implement and make the most of their NDIS plans. We provide Level 2 Support Coordination, Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, supporting people to connect with providers, manage complex needs, build confidence and work towards their goals.
We support participants with daily tasks in shared living settings, including routines, personal organisation, household responsibilities, meal preparation, community access and building the skills needed to live well with others.
As a registered NDIS provider, we provide support with daily personal activities and shared living tasks where these are included in a participant’s NDIS plan. Our support focuses on safety, dignity, daily routines, independence, choice and a stable home environment.
Our team provides respectful personal care support tailored to each person’s needs, preferences and routines. This may include support with showering, grooming, dressing, medication prompts and higher-intensity personal activities where these are within the participant’s plan and CCI’s scope.
We provide practical household task support to help participants maintain a safe, comfortable and organised home. This can include cleaning, laundry, changing linen, meal-related tasks and other everyday supports that help people live more independently.
Our travel and transport supports help participants get where they need to go safely and reliably. This may include appointments, shopping, social activities, community access and wheelchair-accessible transport options where available.
We support participants to build practical everyday skills such as cooking, budgeting, using transport, managing appointments, communication, personal organisation and confidence in the community. Support is tailored to each person’s strengths, goals and pace.
We support participants to take part in the community in ways that are meaningful to them. This may include social outings, hobbies, appointments, volunteering, local events, friendships and activities that build confidence, connection and wellbeing.
Our group activity supports help participants connect with others, try new activities and build social confidence in safe and supportive community settings. We focus on inclusion, choice, skill development and positive community connection.
We provide creative, person-centred support to help participants build confidence, independence and community connection. Innovative community participation may include tailored activities that develop social skills, resilience, self-direction and participation in everyday community life.
We support participants to explore employment, volunteering, study or meaningful daily activities where this aligns with their goals and plan. Support may include building routines, confidence, workplace readiness, communication and connection with appropriate mainstream or community options.
We assist participants through changes in life, services, living arrangements and support needs. Our transition support focuses on planning, coordination, confidence, choice and practical steps so people can move through change with the right support around them.
