Melissa Davis

Melissa Davis plays a pivotal role at Coastal Connect Independence, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that Support Professionals, Participants, Families, Carers, and Service Providers receive consistent access to high-quality services.

Her position combines supervisory and administrative responsibilities with direct support for individuals with disabilities, offering both strategic guidance and hands-on care when needed.

With over 30 years of experience across Health, Disability, Mental Health, Domestic and Family Violence, and Community Services, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work. She holds formal qualifications in Nursing, Community Services, and Social Work.

Melissa is deeply respected for her empathetic nature, fairness, and unwavering commitment to empowering others—especially those whose voices often go unheard. Her advocacy for vulnerable community members is driven by a belief that every person deserves to be valued, respected, heard, and supported in living a fulfilling life.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local markets, and unwinding with True Crime documentaries.
