With a strong background in the aged care sector, Louise has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, person-centred support that enhances the quality of life for those in her care. Louise is excited to bring that same passion, empathy, and commitment into the disability sector, where she looks forward to empowering individuals to achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives.
Louise believes in treating every person with dignity, respect, and kindness, and is committed to creating meaningful connections with the people she supports and their families.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loves exploring in her caravan, discovering new places and creating lasting memories. Louise can often be found on the water, boating or kayaking with her family.
A lifelong animal and pet lover, she also has a special appreciation for the companionship and joy that animals bring to everyday life. When she has time to relax, she enjoys watching and reading true crime stories.
