Isaac Luntungan
Support Professional
Isaac is a Disability Support Professional who brings a warm, gentle, and caring approach to his work, with a strong focus on person-centred support, genuine connection, and helping people recognise their strengths.
Isaac began working as a Disability Support Worker in 2022, primarily in community access. In 2025–2026, he worked as a behaviour support practitioner, where he further developed his reflective practice and understanding of individual needs, strengths, and support strategies. He has returned to support work with a strong foundation in both practical support and behaviour support.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and has also completed partial study toward a Master of Social Work. His background has shaped his thoughtful, respectful and collaborative approach to providing support.
In his spare time, Isaac enjoys bush walks, swimming when the weather is nice, exploring the Shoalhaven, watching movies (especially horror movies), reading, and occasional gaming. He also loves all kinds of weird music and enjoys discovering new genres and sounds. Isaac loves learning about people’s interests, having conversations about the important things in life over a coffee, or just sharing a laugh.
Isaac is inspired by learning, discovery, and the opportunity to understand new ideas and perspectives. He believes that everyone has strengths worth recognising, stories worth sharing and goals worth achieving.
