Gemma is a newly qualified support worker who brings a strong sense of compassion, energy, and motivation to her role.
Although new to the field, Gemma is deeply passionate about helping people live their best lives and supporting them in reaching their goals—no matter how big or small.
Gemma has worked as a dedicated dog handler for the past three years, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments. Passionate about animal care and behaviour, she has developed strong skills in training, handling, and ensuring the well-being of the dogs in her care.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, going to the gym, and spending time with her dogs. But always open to experiencing new hobbies.
Her active lifestyle and motivation to conquer challenges reflect the same drive she brings to her support role—encouraging others to thrive, overcome obstacles, and live fulfilling, purposeful lives.
