Felicity is a Support Coordinator and qualified counsellor who supports clients and their families to navigate the ever changing NDIS world with clarity, confidence and genuine care, offering a steady hand to guide and support them throughout their journey. With a strong background in complex support coordination and psychosocial support, Felicity takes a calm, person centred approach, ensuring each client feels heard, respected, and supported.

Felicity works closely with clients, carers and service providers to implement practical, well considered supports that reflect the whole person and their everyday life. She is known for reducing stress and uncertainty through clear communication, strong advocacy and reliable follow through.

Felicity actively contributes to team practice and support coordination functions through collaboration, shared problem solving and supporting consistent ways of working. She brings a thoughtful, ethical approach to service delivery and values accountability, clarity and keeping the client at the centre of every decision.

For carers and families, Felicity understands the emotional and practical load that often sits behind the scenes, drawing on both professional experience and lived experience as a carer for a loved one with a physical disability. She works alongside carers as partners, offering reassurance, clarity and steady support throughout the journey.
