Elle Farrow

Elle Farrow is a Support Professional with 4+ years experience based in Shoalhaven area.

Elle has had experience working with challenging behaviours, high care needs, individual support, community access and many other areas in disability.

Elle has studied at Tafe, achieving a social housing and accounting degree in the past. Currently she is taking a long break from her University studies (Bachelor of Fine Art Degree) to prioritise her workload and increase her capacity to support more people.

In her spare time, Elle likes to be out in nature, taking photos on film, making art and spending time with her Labrador.

Elle believes in person centred care - that with the correct supports in place, every participant can achieve meaningful outcomes. She strives to provide the best care possible for each individual, tailoring to their unique needs.

Participants are what inspire her every day. Assisting with positive changes leading to achievable outcomes.
