Coastal Connect Independence provides disability services to support you to live safely and comfortably at home and participate in your community. Whether you have an acquired brain injury, intellectual, physical, sensory or neurological disability or degenerative disease, with our supports and services, you can continue to enjoy the things you are passionate about for as long as possible.
Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible to access our disability services using government funding or with a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan. Alternatively, you can purchase our services with your own funding.
Whatever your situation, we will work with you to ensure the services and supports you choose are tailored to your individual needs. We will ensure you can achieve your goals and enjoy improved health, wellbeing and quality of life.
