Andrew Sullivan - Managing Director for Coastal Connect Independence. Andrew’s role covers all aspects of the business including, but not limited to Governance, Operational Management, Human Resources, Financial Management and Service Delivery - including delivering direct support to participants.
Andrew Sullivan has been working within the Community Services sector for over 20 years. During his career he has held positions as; Support worker - Outreach services, Team Leader - Accommodation services, Coordinator - Day options, Manager - Respite services, Manager - Community Living Program, Operations Manager - Respite services.
Andrew holds a Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Disability, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in Disability and OH&S consultation. Andrew has also gained a wealth of knowledge and skills that come for the experience and positions throughout his career.
When not at work, Andrew likes getting out on the water fishing, catching up with friends and spending time at home with his wife and their extensive range of animals.
One of Andrew's driving goals is to see people in the disability community receiving the quality, reliable services they want and deserve.
