Support Coordination

At Coastal Connect Independence, we’re here to help you navigate your NDIS journey with confidence. As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver Level 2: Coordination of Supports. Our Support Coordination service is designed to help you understand, implement, and make the most of your plan. Whether you need assistance connecting with the right providers or managing complex supports.
