Charne Smart

Charne Smart is a dedicated Support Professional driven by the goal of empowering others to live with dignity, confidence and independence. With 15 months of direct support experience and a background as an Operations Manager in Retail and licensed swim teacher, Charne brings a unique blend of high-level care and person-centred service to her work.

Having personal experience with navigating ADHD, ASD and PTSD, Charne is deeply committed to the well-being of her participants. She is currently expanding her skills set through Auslan courses to better serve the community.

Outside of work, you'll find her at the beach with her two dogs, stand-up paddleboarding, or camping off road, or hosting large family cook-offs.

Charne believes that there is no such thing as failure - only learning opportunities - and she is eager to bring that positive transparent energy to the team.
