Nicole Prior, Support Coordinator. Nicole will help participants reach their NDIS goals by linking them with services that not only meet their needs but exceed expectations. Nicole has an open mind and believes everyone deserves to be listened to, understood, and treated fairly with kindness and respect.
Nicole has just started working with CCI and has previously worked in the Disability Sector for over 20 years in management roles. Nicole relocated from the Riverina to Narrawallee at the end of 2022 and is now excited for a change working in support coordination. Nicole is passionate about helping people with a disability reach their full potential and to believe the sky is the limit!
Nicole brings years of experience to the role and is excited to continue her learning and self development as a Support Coordinator. Nicole has completed a Diploma in Business Management and various WHS accreditations.
Nicole loves cuddling and walking her dog, riding and hanging out with her horse, as well as playing basketball and tennis. Nicole also loves spending time with family and friends and loves to catch up on a regular basis. The outdoors is Nicole’s favourite place to be, especially visiting the beautiful Shoalhaven beaches or going for a horse ride with friends.
Nicole believes the easiest way to do great work is to love the work you do, and the best work you can do is working alongside people with disability and others who are just as passionate in their roles.
Nicole loves to see all people live their best lives and believes it is a privilege to be able to help others achieve this. To see people increase their confidence, broaden life experiences and improve every day skills is rewarding beyond measure and is something Nicole is passionate about.
