Wayne Kennedy has been a Support Professional with Coastal Connect Independence since November 2021.
Wayne joined the disability sector in August 2019 after previously owning and operating his own butchery and catering company in the Shoalhaven for 25 years.
Wayne is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, their 3 grown-up boys and their partners as well as his wonderful granddaughter.
Wayne has a menagerie of animal at his home with 4 horses, 3 dogs, 20 chocks and 5 ducks to keep them busy.
Wayne has an ambition as a Support Professional to be a mentor and help all participants live their life their way. Wayne's listening is one of his greatest asset.
