Understanding your preferences, we can provide advice to assist you make informed decisions. As your needs change, we will work with you to ensure you receive the quality services you require.

Coastal Connect Independence acknowledges that not everyone will be a good match. This is why Participants have the opportunity to meet and select their Support Professionals before working together. This ensures that people receiving services build trusted relationships with their Support Professional and get the right supports inplace from the beginning.
